DILIPKUMAR R. SHAH

Dilipkumar Shah, before joining the firm, was associated with Union Bank of India. His experience of over thirty years with the Bank is enriched by the diversified exposure in the Banking Industry that includes managing of credit m arrangement and administrative functions as a branch manager, reviewing credit portfolio for fund / non-fund based proposal and handled recovery of NPA Accounts.

Since July 2010 he has been assisting for Concurrent Audit of one of the largest nationalized bank of India.

HETA K. PATEL

Heta K. Patel is the founder partner of HPVS with sound academic background, having experience of over four years, possesses sharp analytical skills and has expert knowledge on Accounting Standards, Corporate Law and Direct Tax Laws. She is the engagement partner for statutory audits of large corporates of the firm, in particular banking, mutual funds, infrastructure, energy, steel, cements, aluminium, port etc., due diligence, business valuation etc.

Her technical expertise includes carrying out audit s in accordance with International Standards on Auditing and Auditing Standards followed in India. She has qualified DISA conducted by ICAI having requisite knowledge of Information System Audit and has expert knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles followed in India (Indian GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Business valuations.

HITESH R. KHANDHADIA

Mr. Hitesh Khandhadia is a partner with sound academic background, having rich experience, possesses sharp analytical skills and has expert knowledge on Indirect taxes, Accounting Standards and Corporate Law.

He is a Partner involved in the Indirect Taxes, statutory, internal & management audit Practice of the Firm. He has experience with Individual / Small & Medium Enterprises as well as large Corporates in particular power sector, Ban king, Financial sector [NBFC's], infrastructure etc. His area of work includes consultancy for indirect-tax matters, statutory/internal audits and VAT Audits, business advisory services, Risk assessment and action plans to mitigate those risks and due diligence reviews.

VAIBHAV L. DATTANI

Mr. Vaibhav Dattani is a partner with having experience, and expert knowledge on, Accounting Standards and Corporate Law.

He is a Partner involved in the statutory, internal & concurrent audits of the Firm. He has experience with Individual / Small & Medium Enterprises as well as large Corporates in particular power sector, Banking, Financial sector [NBFC's], infrastructure etc. His area of work includes statutory/internal audits and business advisory services.
